Yolianna Arosemena Benedetti advises national and international companies on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters and regulatory affairs in Panama.  She brings approximately 20 years of dedicated practice in IP law, with recognized expertise in trademark protection, patent prosecution, copyright, and health and food registrations.

She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce Law Center, a specialized program with international standing, and a law degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.  She has served as Regional Director of Intellectual Property for Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean.
